Our Philosophy

We desire to provide a useful service to people who work in cubicles and offices, regardless of their location. The information is meant to be relevant, true to the concept, and will hopefully make Cube Dweller life a bit easier.

Face it! Cubicles are boring and the more you have of them, the more boring they become. But after all is said and done, our cubes make it possible for us to achieve important personal goals, family objectives, and provide the ability to have an enjoyable life outside the cube. Our cubes help us pay house payments, raise children, meet new friends, get creative on Saturday nights, and generally do whatever we want to do when we are outside our cubes.

We are a community of Cube Dwellers, very much like you. That is to say, we work in a cubicle farm, similar to yours, doing our thing, kind of like you. We decided to have fun with the concept so we decorate our cubicles with specific themes.

The idea grew to the point where there is friendly competition in the office. We also use Outside Your Cube for important, useful, and fun information.

Rex Downey Sr., Owner

Rex was one of the first in our community to decorate his cubicle. He especially likes the Halloween and Christmas seasons, but he’ll work with just about any chance to decorate his area. His cube is currently decorated with various items relating to fishing. The clock, picture frames, knots shadowbox, and flat pond add to his general theme. He started with a Cubicle View^TM that gives the appearance of working from Izguzu Falls, in Brazil. Many people have sat for a brief moment - just to look out the window at these gorgeous waterfalls!

Rex says he is thinking of working in the Rocky Mountains or on the beach. We think it is time to change the picture in his Cubicle View^TM.

CUBIE Our Web Site Ambassador

We needed someone to carry our message to our fellow Cube Dwellers. During an intensive search we found Cubie hiding in the cafeteria. After intensive negotiations, we agreed to his terms and Cubie agreed to be our site ambassador.

Cubie is a bit mischievous and he especially likes to play hide-n-seek @ work. Since most Cube Dwellers are familiar with the game we decided to include the concept in our store. Just for Giggles... Cubie and Cubette will be hiding Cube Bucks ® for you to find.

CUBETTE Our Gal Cube Dweller

Cubette also agreed to participate in our adventure and she is a subject matter expert on shopping! Cubette is a master at selecting unique and fun decorating items perfect for cubicles and offices.

Cubette is hiding somewhere in the web store, but she is better at the game than Cubie. Join Cubette in her escapades - she keeps the game interesting.
